Start by sitting on a 45-degree angled bench. Grasp the dumbbells with an overhand grip. Start by holding the dumbbells vertically above you.
As you begin to inhale, lower the dumbbells down towards the chest. Hold this position for the count of 1
Then as you exhale bring your arms up and together to the starting position.
Perform 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps. Resting approximately 30 to 40 seconds between sets.
