Dumbbell Pullovers

Lie on the bench with light to medium heavy weights. Hold the dumbbells in the palms of both hands, with the thumbs surrounding the handle and arms extended above you.

While inhaling lower the dumbbells behind the head, bending your arms slightly at the elbows. Hold in this position for the count of 1

As you are exhaling return the dumbbells to the original starting position.
