Bent Over Rear Delt Raise

Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand. Bend over and keep the back straight. Hold the dumbbells in your hand facing each other.

Keeping your torso forward and stationary and your arms slightly bent at the elbows, lift the dumbbells straight to the side until both arms are parallel to the floor. Hold this position for the count of 1

Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat

3 sets 10 to 12 reps. Rest 30 to 40 seconds between reps
