Start by standing or sitting with a dumbbell in your hand facing the ceiling
As you inhale lower the dumbbell behind the head to the neck. Hold in this position for the count of 1.
As you exhale raise the dumbbells up to the starting position. Repeat
3 sets 10 to 12 reps. Rest 30 to 40 seconds between reps
When you finished with one arm. Repeat the same process with the other hand.
