My name is Alex Pavlov, and I am the founder of Studio 94 Fitness. I decided to become a personal trainer after being involved in an automobile accident ten years ago. I was hospitalized for approximately 6 months with an additional 3 months in a rehabilitation facility. Now, having emerged to the other side and achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, my experience, and my own journey to help others to achieve their fitness goals.
For us this is more than just about a training program. We genuinely want to help you create lasting changes to your life. We want to help show you the methods to achieve your success because we know that it is possible. No matter where you are in your journey or what you have tried before, we are determined to become the ignition you need to fuel you. You might have tried other programs or methods in the past with nothing to show for it. Studio 94 fitness has designed a bullet proof system to make sure you reach your full potential.
My programs are flexible, so you can choose whether you want to work out at home or a gym. You’ll learn how to train to increase your fitness and strength through regular workouts. Our programs also grow with you, so you’ll always be progressing. We believe it doesn’t matter if you are an absolute beginner or if working out is second nature for you, our programs can help you reach your next fitness goals and feel the confidence you deserve.
I understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find time to work out. I have been there myself, and I’ve made more excuses than I care to own up to. Now, I’ve used my experiences to design programs that are manageable, enjoyable, and proven to work.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to great health and to be happy with themselves, inside and out.
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given. This also covers performance, mindset, motivation, and lifestyle.
I have been on both sides as a trainer and as a trainee and I understand how it feels to struggle.
It’s not the amount of weight that you can push up that is going to affect your results, it’s the way in which you push that weight. To perform an exercise through its entirety has nothing to do with how much weight is being used.
We are here to propel you toward your desired results.
We focus on proper form to assure a workout that is safe and effective.
Alex Pavlov earned his Bachelors and Master’s degree in Theological studies from University of Northwestern.
