Sit facing the cable machine with your legs under the pad, grip the V- bar with a narrow grip, palms facing each other:
Inhale and pull the V-bar down to the Solar plexus expanding the chest and pulling the elbows down to the waist, again without compromising your form.
Exhale at the end of the movement. Bring your arms upward to the starting position and repeat the movement.
Perform 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps. Resting approximately 30 to 40 seconds between sets.
